Getting your kitchen ready to receive orders #

The ineons app is the key to unlocking the breadth of features available to you. We recommend a dedicated service tablet for your kitchen to most efficiently handle orders and send status back to customers in real time.

Download the ineons app from Apple or Google on your phone or any tablet, and log in with your account credentials.

All orders will be received as notifications in real-time on your device. A copy of each order will also be emailed in real time for your record.

It is good practice to check the following after downloading the app on your device: Send a test order by navigating to the “Active Orders” screen, tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner. The test order will automatically pop up on your screen to verify successful sending of future orders to your device. Simply close or reject the test order.
